This was my son’s 1st time of ever buying a car. From the initial contact of the internet sales team to the walking out the door with keys to his brand new truck, the whole process was flawless. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff was the friendliest, courteous and nicest of all dealerships we spoke to. The staff acted as a team and made this experience fantastic! Most car dealerships are pushy and don’t seem to give you room to shop. I went to United in Jacksonville and I worked with Grant. He was patient, answered all my questions, and not once did I feel pressured or stressed. United has great employees a great service department and overall they are a fantastic dealership. United has my business for all future vehicle needs.

We stopped in to see a truck that we had seen online. We talked to Donivyn and he was very polite and helpful for the beginning. He pulled up the truck for us to test drive and made the whole process of buying very easy and got us the best deal. We will definitely go back for any future purchases.
